1627 SCFM Plug Valve

This valve features a locking manual twist override and a 1/8" NPT external pilot port. For external pilot operation, block internal pilot pressure, remove the plug, and provide an external pilot source (up to 150 psi). All operators have internally threaded exhaust stems, fitting 10-32 UNF or 5mm-0.8 fittings. The solenoid operator has a locking manual override on the solenoid structure's side. Engage the override by twisting the yellow lever clockwise. For replacements, order ESPKO, which includes a V-599-1 operator and an EMG3 gasket (individual operator components not available).

• O-Rings: Main valve uses Buna-N, control valve uses Viton

• Components: Constructed with 356-T6 aluminum body, hard anodized aluminum spool, A380 aluminum end caps, Viton solenoid seat, composite gaskets, and steel fasteners
• Flow Rate: Capable of 1627 SCFM at 37.8 Cv
• Pressure Range: Operates at 50 to 150 psi when solenoid is internally piloted
• Vacuum Operation: Not possible when solenoid is internally piloted
• Temperature Range: Functions within -20°F to 180°F ambient
• Temperature Caution: If freezing is possible, medium must be moisture-free to prevent damage or unpredictable behavior
