THREADLOCKER PC 271 is a robust adhesive for securing and sealing fasteners up to 1" in diameter. It's employed in severe applications or for tamper-proofing, making removal challenging. It's ideal for permanently locking studs and press fits. Curing happens only when the adhesive is trapped between mating surfaces. The cured adhesive withstands temperatures up to 300F and exposure to most fuels, lubricants, and industrial gases. Extra or special tools are needed for removal. It's suitable for fasteners up to 1" and performs well on various materials like aluminum, steel, plated fasteners, stainless steel, and special alloys.
